The Malthouse Club promotes community activities such as general talks, storytelling and presentations, as well as organising social events in Yew Tree Hall. The Fabulous Friday Social on the last Friday of every month (except December) is very popular with something for all ages - drinks, games and great chat!

The Malthouse Club takes its name from the original purpose of the building, the Jennings malting house. While most events will take place in Yew Tree Hall, the Malthouse Club also organises other things, like trips to the races or other events.
