1. Hire of the Supper Room

Charge per hour: £6.00

2. Hire of Yew Tree Hall (both rooms)

Charge per hour: £12.00

  • The minimum hire period is one hour.

  • For bookings of more than one hour, 30-minute units can be booked.

  • Please ensure you have booked time to set up and clear away before and after your booking.

3. Hire of Yew Tree Hall – whole day (08.00–18.00)

Charge: £80.00

4. Hire of Yew Tree Hall – day and evening or overnight

Charge: £120.00

  • Hall hire includes lighting, heating and use of kitchen equipment and facilities (excluding table tennis, darts and pool table) at no extra charge.

  • Ad hoc events that will include the sale of alcohol are subject to an additional charge (see below).

6. Alcohol Licence Supplement

Charge: £15.00

7. Hire of Chairs

Charge: Voluntary donation

8. Cancellation Charge

Charge: To be agreed on a case-by-case basis

  • A deposit is required only in the event of bookings for periods of one day or longer, by arrangement with the Committee.

  • Invoices are generated when you make a booking through HallBookingOnline.

9. How To Make Your Payment

  • Online transfer to the HSBC account: Yew Tree Hall Committee

    • Sort Code: 40-18-03

    • Account: 80897019

  • Cheque (payable to Yew Tree Hall Management Committee and crossed A/C Payee only).

  • Cash (by individual arrangement).

10. Cancellations

  • Should be notified not less than 3 days before a booking is due to start.

  • Please consider the needs of others and do not make a booking that is unlikely to be used.
